周末锻炼兼展示厨艺，准备做清蒸鲈鱼、可乐鸡翅、凉拌菠菜、海蛎豆腐汤。结果买不到海蛎，只好改成花蛤汤，
清蒸鲈鱼：只需要在菜市场让卖鱼的把鱼杀好，回家之后切几道花口，把鱼的内外都抹上盐，在鱼肚里填上姜丝，大料等等，在盘里倒上酱油，香油，放到微波炉开高火转4分钟（我开了6分钟，结果太过了），拿出来再撒上一些葱末，香菜叶就OK了。
凉拌菠菜：这个就更简单了，在盘里先调好盐巴味精香油酱油蒜茸，把菠菜在开的水里烫一下，捞出来在盘子里拌拌就行了。
可乐鸡翅：把鸡翅用姜丝、酱油在碗里搅拌一下腌上半个小时，用可乐当汤烧热，把腌好的鸡翅倒进去煮，可乐煮干，加上味道就行了。
花蛤汤：这个汤在深圳还真不是很常见，要是在福州的话，几乎每个饭店饭馆食堂都有的。。花蛤买回来一定要泡上半天，让花蛤把泥土都吐出来，不然煮出来的汤泥巴会很多…把水烧开了之后，花蛤扔下去，受热了花蛤们会纷纷张开贝壳。等煮熟了再放上姜丝一起煮煮，放上味道，关了火再撒上香菜、小葱就行了，记得姜一定要多放，不然很难去腥味。

清蒸鲈鱼用微波炉高火只能蒸4分钟，我用了6分钟，全蒸花了，教训啊~
