2012年早就过去了，连农历春节的爆竹硝烟也已经散去，每年写个人总结的事一直搁在脑子里，感觉上没什么太多可写的东西，但不写就断了这个习惯，总觉得不好。
2012年5月开始创业，忽忽一年将过，现在想起来当初刚出来时的状态，确实低估了创业遇到的困难，这期间遇到了产品延期、技术方向走偏、投资人撤资等等的问题，所幸团队一直很稳定，尽管有争吵和纠结。所以问题很多，但是我们没有遇到最致命的团队内讧，这为我们继续往前走提供了最好的基础。
所以创业者最初都是带着盲目的乐观踏上创业之旅，上路的人都相信自己只要复制过去在成熟公司的经验，把产品做出来，放上线，然后就等着收钱，等着公司扩大规模。当然每个人或早或迟都会被现实打醒，过去两年我已经目睹了不少团队解散。
看到这里也许你觉得我很悲观，事实上我很乐观，因为我们已经从这种盲目的乐观中清醒过来，继续对市场和产品、用户进行探索。每个市场都是剩者为王，在产品同质化严重的市场，我们要坚持的是做最好的产品和用户体验。产品是公司最重要的核心，在好产品的基础上谈市场和营销才有意义。
在坚持产品品质的同时，对创业团队最重要的是效率，之所以重要，是基于几个方面考虑：一、创业公司的新产品要尽快上线，不断听取用户的意见然后迅速迭代开发，拖久了对于团队士气、用户感受都会造成问题；二、创业团队基本都会拿一笔天使投资或者早期VC的投资，钱一般不会太多，这笔钱花不了太久，而且投资人一般也没那么多耐心等你慢慢来，所以在这个有限的资金和有限的时间内，要尽早做出点名堂来，做出来了就可以继续往下发展，做不出来就只能卷铺盖关门。而且一般不是产品一上线就能够一炮走红（摊上这种运气的人是上辈子积德了），需要各种调整，比如产品方向、市场方向、产品改进等等，效率高则能够留出更多的空间。
创业过程还有许多其它的东西，比如管理、财务、行政、工商、融资等等乱七八糟的事情，但是我觉得最重要的无非就是看好市场、做好产品，以及把做产品的事情做得够快。小平教导我们：要抓重点。

2012没有等到世界末日，所以我们继续努力前行，我的人生哲学是要经历真正丰富的人生，不管好的坏的对于我来说都是人生体验。《一代宗师》中说三种境界：见自己，见天地，见众生，很喜欢这句话，因为我也觉得只有见过了自己的内心，才能真正看清这个世界，才能理解众生。每每我在外面奔波时，遇到挫折时，从来不会想“”何苦呢，而是由衷地觉得自己正在奔着境界往前跑，人生正在不断丰富着、丰满着……
2013年，希望公司可以把产品做好，团队每个人可以一起成长，如果说2012年是播种，那么2013年则是要努力耕耘，争取早日丰收！
