每年这个时候，深圳街头的行人匆忙了许多，身边被偷被抢的情况多了许多，年度工作总结财务预算都来了，同事们都在排练着年会节目⋯⋯
是的，年关又要来了。
马上要来的是中国农历新年，而现在实际上已经是2012年。照例要盘点过去的一年，唯有认清当下的自己，才能规划未来的自己的样子。
2011年，依然全年都在做着一个项目，用心经营，团队从组升级为工作室，做的事情并没有太大变化。尽管人数增加了一倍，但是对于我来说，真正的收获是对玩家的更深了解，以及对人性的认识。
随着团队人数的增长，工作方式必须要改变，2011年看了不少的管理书籍，从郭士纳到乔布斯，从《rework》到稻盛和夫的《活法》，并没有任何一种管理方式可以照搬的，有人独裁着做出了最好的产品，也有人群策群力把濒死的超大公司救活，每个人都可以找到最适合的管理方式，前提是明白自己要追求的是什么，明白了自己要的，多思静想，才会做得更好。太多人不知道自己为什么要工作，为什么要忍受上司日复一日的苛刻要求，难道只是为了薪水和生存吗？工作的意义可以延伸到人生的意义，稻盛和夫说：“人活着的意义和人生的价值就在于提升心性，磨练灵魂”，“聚精会神、孜孜不倦，全身心投入每一天的工作，这就是最尊贵的修行，就能磨练心性、提升思想的境界”。正确的人生哲学只有在努力工作中才能产生，人的精神在日常的不懈的劳动中才能得到磨练。
过去一年里，我并没有变得更圆滑，并没有学会更善于交流，我相信相对于努力在人生里实现最大的价值这一点来说，这些是次要的，唯有了解自己，先弄明白自己想要的、想成为的，也就是乔布斯说的“初心”，才能获得更多，“初心”才是真正的人生内因。找到了“初心”，人生的一切才能清晰明了的串起来，否则就是被动的、杂乱的。
因为旅行、工作出差，过去一年里踏足了中国大半个省份，也第一次踏出了国门。旅行其实很累，追求的只是看到壮丽风景的那一瞬间无法言喻的感动，新的一年里，努力争取时间继续领略世间的美丽和未见过的风景。
2011年的学习主要以it、管理、历史、文学为主，花了许多时间在微博上吸收各位业界和各行各业精英的观点，总的来说，微博学到的知识已经超过了看书。这一年看过的书，推荐：
《浪潮之巅》，了解科技史；
《活法》，了解人生和工作的意义；
《史蒂夫·乔布斯传》找到自己的初心；
《怪诞心理学》让自己对习以为常的事情多一步思考；
2012不是世界末日，生活还将继续，新的一年里，期待更了解自己，勇敢面对自己内心，继续思考，继续行走。
Well done, the kind of post that makes you slow down and actually read instead of skimming for keywords, and a look at crowncapital kept me reading carefully too, that is a sign of writing that has been crafted rather than churned out for an algorithm to see today and tomorrow.
Now adding this to a list of sites I want to see flourish, and a stop at rosequartzmarket reinforced that wish, the few sites I actively root for are sites that produce the kind of work I want more of in the world and this one has joined that small list based on what I have read so far.
Skipped the TLDR thinking I would read everything anyway, and ended up enjoying the path through the full post, and a stop at craterbase similarly rewarded the patient read, summaries are useful but the journey through good writing is part of what makes the destination feel earned rather than just delivered cleanly.
Adding this to my list of go to references for the topic, and a stop at craterbook confirmed the rest of the site deserves the same, definitely the kind of resource that earns its place rather than getting forgotten the moment the next interesting article shows up in my feed somewhere else on the web.

Generally I am cautious about recommending sites on first encounter but this one warrants the exception, and a look at crazecocoa reinforced the exception making, the rare site that justifies breaking my normal cautious approach is the rare site worth flagging early and this one has prompted exactly that early flagging response from me.
